How to submit your ballot
Each Trilogy Resident can vote by doing the following:
- Each Trilogy Resident MUST vote by submitting a "PAPER BALLOT" - there are NO electronic ballots. You may only vote once per household.
- You may submit your PAPER BALLOT in one of two ways:
- By mailing your PAPER BALLOT to the HOA office to be received by March 19, 2025 @ 4 p.m.
- By dropping a PAPER BALLOT into the lockbox at the on-site HOA Offices prior to March 19, 2025 @ 4 p.m.
- PAPER BALLOTS will be mailed mid-February to the address you have on file with FSR.
- Replacement PAPER BALLOTS will be available at the HOA Office after March 1, 2025
- If you are unable to walk into the HOA office, you can request a replacement be mailed to you by contacting the General Manager at martha.fogg@fsresidential.com or calling (760) 777-6059.
