Now is not the time to change the composition of the Board that has worked together so well over the past 2 years to confront and deal with the many challenges the Board has faced. Their commitment to the Board and the Trilogy community cannot be overstated. When it came time to retire twelve years ago, my husband and I chose a lifestyle here at Trilogy that fit the future we had envisioned for ourselves.  It is important we as a community strive to ensure that we once again become the premier 55 and over community we once were.   I am a former Board member having served three terms from 2015 – 2022. It is my belief we are at an important juncture, voting for Debbie Betts and Phil Jamison is the best choice we can make for the future of our beloved community. “Consistency, Continuity, and Commitment.

I have had the pleasure of working with Phil and Debbie on the TLQMA Board since September 2023. Phil has been a delight to get to know and Debbie is a steady and energetic worker who is extremely enthusiastic about our community. Phil can always be counted on to deliver well thought and cogent thoughts on subject while presenting opposing points of view for consideration, and Debbie can always be counted on for sharing her thoughtful, strong opinions. Phil has an extensive background in project management and Debbie has a strong background in finance and contracts.  These skills have been of great value in the work the Board has done, and will be for future challenges of the Board, particularly those we will face during the golf course and restaurant renovation.  I value Phil and Debbie as a colleague and neighbor who have the best interests of Trilogy at heart.

As a former Trilogy Board member that served for three years, I know what it takes to be a successful Board member.  I believe Debbie Betts and Phil Jamison have served this community with distinction as Board members. Two years ago, they ran for the Board when no one else stepped up to serve and be in the line of fire in the middle of the golf course debacle so they could make a difference in our community.  Debbie and Phil have impressed me with their honesty, integrity, patience, empathy, and communication and strategic decision-making skills. They have provided our Trilogy community with a vision, a mission and to do what is best amid this complex situation. Their commitment to meet the needs of this community through these difficult times has been exemplary.  They have been dependable and accountable to the other Board members and members of our community.
