What we believe
Our three point platform is simple:
- First, now that the golf course and restaurant renovations have been virtually completed, we must ensure that the foundational relationship we are establishing with BlueStar is nurtured and continues to grow into the future.
- Second, we must take bold and decisive actions to keep our Community’s common areas and amenities current and inviting to our members and guests now and into the future. That includes carrying out initiatives and improvements passed by the current Board Members for various projects that we believe is in the best interest of the entire Trilogy community.
- Third, our campaign believes that the community must exercise fiscal responsibility now and in the years ahead. It is equally important that current residents be able to enjoy our community to its fullest potential, therefore we are committed to spending reserve funds when and if it is appropriate to achieve that end. Fiscal responsibility as a community means we can address the needs of the present while at the same time saving for the future.
Being on the Board of Directors requires making difficult decisions, while being willing to stand up and take bold action when action is needed. That requires stability, integrity, and leadership, with a proven record of dedication, action and commitment to our community.
Every homeowner should exercise their right to decide who can best lead our community in the future, ensuring we remain stable and on the path that our community has taken. Being able to work in harmony with the existing Board members is vital to being able to resolve the many issues the Board faces each year managing our community. Individual’s ideas must come together cohesively to create a sense of teamwork and unity of action.
It is how a Board can navigate through complex and difficult situations, balance out all sides of an issue and come to a single course of action that the entire Board can support. The pieces of the puzzle must fit together in order for the whole picture to come into focus. Our current Board has been able to achieve that sense of unity over the past few years, even when there have been differences of opinion. That sense of stability and leadership must carry on with the next Board of Directors to continue to guide the community towards achieving our strategic goals.
So it is with that same sense of stability, integrity and leadership, combined with the strength of our candidates’ dedication, purpose, and commitment that we ask for our community’s support in the upcoming Board election in 2025.
The path in front of us is clear. We must continue to move forward as a community, and to do so by electing Mark Reider, Elaine Brown and Tom Hansen to the 2025 Board of Directors.
