We believe that Trilogy must build on the foundation that was created by the prior Board of Directors when the community approved the acquisition of the golf course and restaurant properties and engaged BlueStar Resort and Golf to revitalize our lifestyle and hospitality offerings. Building a long-lasting relationship takes time, effort and commitment, as well as the stability, integrity and leadership qualities that our candidates possess. Our vision also includes a commitment to preserve and enhance our community’s common areas to allow our members the opportunity to enjoy first-in-class amenities while maintaining fiscal awareness and responsibility of our assessment structure. Maintaining a clear vision of what Trilogy can be with a steady eye to the future means taking bold action when necessary to achieve what some can only dream about doing. This vision was proven by the resounding support of the Board’s plan that was approved in the 2024 Ballot Measure to buy and renovate the golf course and restaurant propertied. Our vision for the future can become a reality if we stay committed to the ideals that have gotten our community to this important next step in Trilogy’s journey.
Three current Board Members are up for election at this important time in our community’s history. Two incumbents, President Mark Reider and Asst. Treasurer Tom Hansen are running for re-election, They are joined on this slate by prior TLQS President Elaine Brown. Together, they have a unique blend of stability, integrity and leadership that will allow TLQMA to continue on its current path and build critical relationships and infrastructure that will take Trilogy forward into the next generation of residents. Mark and Tom have spent countless hours over the last two years in the middle of one of the most complex situations any community has ever faced. Their wisdom, knowledge and ability to make tough decisions while working in harmony with the other Board members demonstrates their abilities to lead. Elaine has also demonstrated her qualities by leading TLQS and in supervising its dissolution that came as a result of the ballot measure which was overwhelmingly passed by our community in 2024. Stability and integrity in leadership is vital to Trilogy’s future, and our candidates not only possess these important traits, they are willing to continue to volunteer their time and make the commitment required for the betterment of Trilogy in the years ahead.
Our three point platform is simple - First, now that the golf course and restaurant renovations have been virtually completed, we must ensure that the foundational relationship we are establishing with BlueStar is nurtured and continues to grow into the future. Second, we must take bold and decisive actions to keep our Community’s common areas and amenities current and inviting to our members and guests now and into the future. That includes carrying out initiatives and improvements passed by the current Board Members for various projects that we believe is in the best interest of the entire Trilogy community. Third, our campaign believes that the community must exercise fiscal responsibility now and in the years ahead. It is equally important that current residents be able to enjoy our community to its fullest potential, therefore we are committed to spending reserve funds when and if it is appropriate to achieve that end. Fiscal responsibility as a community means we can address the needs of the present while at the same time saving for the future. Being on the Board of Directors requires making difficult decisions, while being willing to stand up and take bold action when action is needed. That requires stability, integrity, and leadership, with a proven record of dedication, action and commitment to our community.
